Little Peanut was 6 months old yesterday. How can it be her half birthday already?!?! We don't see the doctor for a couple weeks so I don't know her measurements. She's still wearing 3-6 months but already moving into 6-9 month pj's. She wears size 2 diapers but really should be in size 3. Why o why did I buy a half a dozen boxes of size 2 diapers when she was born? Oh ya, they were on sale.
Just over the weekend we started a new schedule. She eats at 7 am, 11 am, 3 pm, and 7 pm. We're still working out naps but so far it's been from 9-11 am, 1-3 pm, and 5-6:30ish. She goes down about 7:30 or 8 pm. I'm already loving not feeding her at 9 pm. So sad but now I get to go to bed even earlier.
We've gone backwards with the crib and I kind of gave up for the time being. Sooooo, she's still in the rock n play. She'll be two and I'll be cramming her into the rock n play.
She's still teething like crazy but no new teeth that I can see or feel.
On November 5th Madi started rolling from her back to tummy. Now she rolls from one end of the room to the other. She's also scooting backwards so she gets around pretty well. She planks and gets up on all fours constantly. I suspect crawling is right around the corner.
She started "stranging" people which I'm so not used to because Emily loved everyone. I hope it doesn't last long.
Unfortunately, she's still a handful because she always wants to be held. Between her tummy problems and teething we've heard lots of crying around here. Crossing my fingers she grows out of this soon.
She still has an infectious smile, loves to talk, blow raspberries, and laugh.
