It was nearly a last minute decision but last week I got to go to Dancing With the Stars with girlfriends. We headed to LA early to eat lunch at The Grove and shop. We had just sat down for lunch when Christina spotted Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec. We darted out to get our pics with them. Right after we left lunch our long lost friends Scheana Shay and Kristen Doute (LOL) walked up to the same spot and we grabbed them for a quick photo. After our start sightings we got in some good shopping and Christina and I got our makeup done at Nordstrom. Being pampered is always tons of fun. We then headed to the show. We had VIP tickets so it was so nice to not have to wait in line all day. We were given seats on the floor which was super exciting. The energy of the show live is spectacular. I always have loved the show on tv but nothing compares to in person. The performances were amazing! My favorite individual performance was Nyle and Peta because the silent portion of the dance was very powerful. My favorite Judge Team Up Challenge was Team Carrie Ann. It was so intense!!!! After the show we got to meet several of the celebrities and dancers. Then we headed to Mixology at The Grove where several cast members were dining and partying. Again we got to meet a few of them.
Then it was time to head back home.
It was such a fun day; loved spending time with you Christina, Emily, and Sophie!!!!
