PINC in Wonderland

This last weekend the women's organization that I'm involved in, PINC, had our annual event benefitting Holy Cross Center for Women.  This year the theme was PINC in Wonderland.  It was held at Pardini's and the venue looked fabulous.  It was complete with walking thru a keyhole, a cheshire cat, a grass dance floor, and checkerboard walkway, and lots of tea cups, books, and cards.  It was the first year we had a live auction and it was a huge success in my book.  My good friend Christina and I were in charge of selling raffle tickets to the wine wagon.  The wagon included 30 bottles of exclusive wines including a Caymus 40th Anniversary Bottle of Cab which is sold out.  The tickets were $50 each and we worked the room and sold 99 cards!  We had lots of fun selling, selling, selling.
At the silent auction my mom and mother-in-law bought Emily and Madi a Hello Kitty hot pink car.  The car is complete with a MP3 player and microphone.  Emily was overjoyed Sunday morning cruising down the street singing, "Shake It Off," loudly into her microphone.  Madi loved the car too!
We finished off dancing to the Marie Wilson Band.  It was such a fun night and I'm so thankful for all those who came and supported our cause.  A very special thank you to my guests: my mom, my mother-in-law, my grandmother-in-law, and my cousin Karen.
Also words aren't enough to thank our sponsors and donors.  A huge thank you to J Kroeker Inc who provided me with a sponsorship and Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Kuni Sama who donated to our silent auction.

Working hard selling wine wagon raffle tickets.
