I think you all know by now that I have a small sweet tooth and by small I mean HUGE! We especially love ice cream in this house. When I heard Baskin-Robbins was coming out with a new product called the Polar Pizza I was just a tad excited. I called the closest B&R and ordered a Cookies N Cream Polar Pizza on National Ice Cream Day because it only made sense to have an ice cream pizza that day. The Cookies N Cream Polar Pizza is even better than it looks. The girls, Kevin and I devoured the pizza in no time. I could have eaten the whole thing on my own but I thought it was only fair to share.
The pie is pre-cut into eight pieces and you can eat it just like a pizza with no utensils. The crust is made of Chocolate Chip Cookie or Double Fudge Brownie and can be topped with any number of flavors and toppings.
