Supplies:
Fabric (Every 10" of completed garland will require 14 fabric strips)
Ruler
Fabric Scissors
Ribbon
Directions:
Cut the fabric into 2" strips and about 22" long. Cut ribbon to desired length. I attached mine to bed posts to assemble the garland. Fold a fabric strip in half, open the loop, pull the opposite ends of the fabric strip thru the loop around your ribbon, and tighten into a knot. Repeat with each strip, sliding them close together, until you reach your desired length.
